Helping to design and problem-solve new programs is one of our greatest strengths — and greatest loves — as consultants. We’ve played major roles in designing many of the programs for which we’ve written successful grants, and have also been hired specifically to provide technical assistance in the design and implementation of a variety of new health and human services programs in such areas as early childhood education (Early Head Start; programming for substance-impacted infants & toddlers), tobacco prevention and HIV/AIDS prevention.

We’ve done everything from internet research to facilitation of focus groups; interviews with experts to application of our own expertise; curriculum development to planning major community-wide interventions.
